No, we operate independently. We work on behalf of travelers through customer authorization. You must still comply with your rental agreement terms with your rental provider.

No. Your rental agreement remains intact. DropAtGate simply acts as your authorized agent to return the vehicle within the terms of your agreement.

Yes. We carry commercial liability and vehicle handling insurance. We also document every handoff and return with time-stamped photos to ensure full transparency.

At your airport terminal’s designated commercial curbside zone. You’ll receive detailed instructions after booking, including your agent’s name and meeting point.

We monitor flight arrivals. If you’re running late, please contact our support team immediately. We offer a 10-minute grace period. Additional waiting time may incur a small fee.

During the handoff, our agent will perform a photo-documented vehicle inspection. Any pre-existing damage will be logged before we take possession of the car to protect both you and us.

Yes. Cancellations made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled drop-off time are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations may not be eligible.

No need. You are still responsible for the vehicle under your rental agreement, but authorizing DropAtGate is like authorizing a valet or assistant to return it for you.
