Welcome to DropAtGate. By accessing or using our website, booking a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Service Overview
DropAtGate provides a pre-arranged vehicle return concierge service. Customers authorize our trained agents to return their rental cars to the designated rental agency drop-off location on their behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid rental agreement in your name to use DropAtGate services.
3. Authorization
By using our service, you authorize DropAtGate and its representatives to operate and return your rental vehicle strictly for the purpose of completing the return on your behalf in accordance with your rental agreement.
4. Service Limitations
We are not affiliated with rental car agencies. We are not responsible for late return fees, damage prior to pickup, or any terms within your rental contract. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the car to the correct rental return area in good condition.
5. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through our website or authorized booking channels. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of safety, policy violations, or incomplete information.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off to receive a refund. Late cancellations may not be eligible for reimbursement.
7. Liability
DropAtGate carries liability insurance. However, DropAtGate is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from inaccurate booking details or vehicle conditions that are not visible or reported at the time of handoff.
8. User Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information, follow all airport and vehicle laws, and treat our personnel respectfully. Misuse of the service may result in termination of future use.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
